La degustazione vedrà sempre la presenza di un Sommelier dell' AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier), che avrà il compito di illustrare le peculiarità e le caratteristiche principali dei singoli vini.
Verranno presentati anche prodotti gastronomici.
